Over the weekend I decided to pick all of the tulips that we had in our yard so we could enjoy them in the house. Since we dont spend time in the yard of the house that we are renting I figure we may as well bring them inside. Main reason for not being outside is that bay is in that obsessively oral stage where he puts everything in his mouth or eats it...gross! We had so many that I gave a bouquet to Candace and Chad and kept one for ourselves. I love having flowers in the house it makes me happy!

Those are a gorgeous color. I love how bright they are. I took a pot of yellow tulips to Brenda a week ago. Her favorite flowers are tulips. They are her favorite flowers. We can't grow them in our yard because the squirrels dig up the bulbs and eat them! They do leave the daffodils alone though so we had a couple of bouquets of those a few weeks ago. The daffodils are about gone here but the tulip festival is on right now. I wish you were here so we could take Bay out in the fields and get some photo's. It was fun doing that with Kira and Kalvin seven years ago! They are still some of my most favorite photo's because of how colorful they are!
Beautiful! I can't wait until we can plant a few plants in our yard. It will be so nice to enjoy bulbs like tulips, hyacinths, lilies, and daffodils every spring!
